Metacafe extends its sales team

Last week, Metacafe entertainment network has announced the expansion of its sales team to cope up with the brand advertiser demand of top-class short-term videos online. Metacafe is a leader in its class and it has generated about 70 more revenue as compared to the revenue generated last year by this time. The new officials employed by M.E.N are:

Jon Harrison, senior director of mid-west sales - Chicago

Earlier Harrison held a senior position in sales for popular groups like Fox Interactive Media, Break Media and RollingStone.com. He has an experience of 15 years in digital media sales and now he will play his leadership role in establishing M.E.N.'s presence in the Midwest territory.

Marisa Polin, regional sales manager- New York
Marisa who previously served as Digital Media Supervisor for Mindshare New York, after holding media management positions at both 360i Media and Media Com will now brings extensive media and marketing experience to her role in Metacafe's Midtown Manhattan office.

18- to 34- year-old viewers
The new employees which are hired will support growth of the recently announced M.E.N., which will emphasized on the company's pledge to keep its 18- to 34- year-old viewers and entertainment enthusiasts in the loop of its entertainment.
