How easy is it to navigate around the site? We tried and tested it out and graded..
The site has alphabetical list of shows with further information on each as the mouse hovers over the title. Once clicked you have tabs on full episodes, clips and show info. The site is easy to use and quick to load.

Is this site invaded by commercials? We watched a range of videos and evaluated how many annoying adverts popped up before we could view what we wanted… .
There are ads on the site and within streams – this is free TV online and that’s the way they make their.  Annoying but tolerable.

Why is it different to other video sharing sites? We graded on originality and innovation..
It is clear that Warner Brothers had a good think before launching online. They have thought beyond sharing the content of their TV channel and have devised new online content – keeping the site current and alive. 
In addition their desire to deliver content in an up to date manner that meets the expectations of their internet-savvy, social-networking target group has lead to the creation of interesting elements on the site.
They use Facebook as a general discussion forum, as well as having message boards of their own. They also have the coolest of features – a nifty clip editing tool that enables viewers dice and splice them in any order to create their very own clip. You can pull out your favorite characters’ catchphrases and silly moments or even create your own sentences using the individual words of different characters – great fun!
The WBtv site has some lovely features that grab attention and prove their top class caliber.

TheWB uses Facebook and also has its own WBlog and a community with message boards on individual WB shows. 
The free TV site is definitely making moves to add social interaction as viewers watch TV online.  Since they are targeting the 18-34 market this is definitely the way to go.

Metacafe distinguishes itself from other video sharing sites such as YouTube, aiming to deliver high quality entertainment in the form of short video clips. It strives for a ‘sophisticated’, audience-driven approach.

The video company has a growing diversity of partners including ‘top movie studios, music labels, professional sports leagues, television networks, video game publishers and best-of-the-web production firms’.

The site appears to have lofty creative aspirations and be innovative in its approach but we are not so sure about its audience - 2 out of their top 3 top video channels are porn!
