YouTube News is a confusing site.  The Video section has videos listed on the site but there is no easy way to surf through these – no channel names to browse or any kind or ordered listings.

This site needs patience to wade through the content and pick out the good bits – with so many other video news sites on the web we doubt many will be bothered with what YouTube News has to offer.

There is an RSS feed but other than this the live news section lacks any kind of interaction.

Quality of the news content. Here we look at the quality of the news reports and videos we can watch here..
The content was very eclectic and the home page did not feature the big news stories of the day.  Elsewhere on YouTube there are videos on topical issues which weren’t listed here.  Overall you’d be better off finding new content by using the search features on the main site.  It does a better job of filtering out the video and TV news than YouTube’s own news channel.
