How easy is it to navigate around the site? We tried and tested it out and graded..
You can search the site by show or category. There are also ‘featured’ and ‘recommended’ videos. 
The search results show up with clear descriptions and an image from each clip.  However you cannot see the full range of videos on offer, which may span multiple pages. The navitagion fails to tell you how many pages of clips there are and in what order they are listed. 
Generally it doesn’t quite dig deep enough to effectively showcase the full range of video clips on offer.

Why is it different to other video sharing sites? We graded on originality and innovation..
The site is full of interesting clips that reflect the range of shows on CBS. It is glossy and does a decent job but lacks the finishing touches to give it that extra bite.
The CBS video live news site is pleasant enough to use but doesn’t make surfing as easy as it could do. Consequently it is generally out-shined by others who present their news with a little more flair.

Metacafe distinguishes itself from other video sharing sites such as YouTube, aiming to deliver high quality entertainment in the form of short video clips. It strives for a ‘sophisticated’, audience-driven approach.

The video company has a growing diversity of partners including ‘top movie studios, music labels, professional sports leagues, television networks, video game publishers and best-of-the-web production firms’.

The site appears to have lofty creative aspirations and be innovative in its approach but we are not so sure about its audience - 2 out of their top 3 top video channels are porn!

Surely, this is an uncluttered site with systematic menus, and simple navigation. The event schedule is very clear cut. Its my favorite site i should say.
