How easy is it to navigate around the site? We tried and tested it out and graded..
The website is well designed with great graphics and clear categorization and navigation. You can search by genres and studios and filter alphabetically, by popularity etc.

Why is this site different to other streaming sites? This grades the originality of the site. .
Ireel’s well designed site, with nice features such as customer review tabs next to movies and easy to use navigation, creates a great impression.  However the content is stale and even the imaginative design of the site cannot distract from the lackluster streaming on offer.

Can you contact the site with queries? This grades the email support and telephone contacts available to users..
There is email support and a phone line available.  That’s a decent start, but if you believe the feedback on the net, customer service isn’t one of their strong points.

How extensive is this site? How many videos or products can I choose from? We gave points for sites offering a wide range of content..

The range of movies is good but we weren’t impressed that their ‘new releases’ section had movies from last year in it.

Ireel lacked new content and the most popular videos were all horror or adult oriented.

What do you get for your money? Is this site free to use or do we need to pay? Are there online deals or subscription offers? Are prices good for the quality of service on offer?.
The site does not display any information about costs or special offers without registration – always a bad sign.  In addition there are a multitude of negative comments on the net from disgruntled customers about aggressive and unwanted charging, even within free membership periods. It all sounds a little murky to us.

The quality of videos on selection is poor – lots of old movies and titles that you’ve never heard of.  Disappointing.
