Paranormal Activity is an American mockumentary horror film released initially in 2007. It was written and directed by Oren Peli.[6][2][7]. Paranormal Activity premiered at Screamfest Film Festival in North America on October 14, 2007, and was shown at the Slamdance Film Festival on January 18, 2008.
